Creations in Clay and Glass by Annette Trujillo

I was born in Santa Fe, NM- a beautiful  city, rich in culture and the arts.  I began working with clay in high school, under the wonderful direction of Phillip Karshis.

In college, I pursued both a degree in mathematics education and in art education.  After teaching mathematics for 14 years at New Mexico State University and at Austin Community College, I've returned to my love of creating and am very pleased to share my recent work with all of you!

 As of Summer 2005 :

I am now living in beautiful Ashland, Oregon !!

I have joined several artist groups in the area.

You can find my lampwork glass jewelry at Ashland Artworks on a regular basis.  Their website is: www.ashlandartworks.com .

I am also a member of Lithia Artisans of Ashland.  We set up each weekend along the creek on Calle Guanajuato from May through October, weather permitting.  If you're in the area then, come by and say Hi!  Please visit www.lithiaartisansmarket.com to view upcoming events.

Finally, I am a member of Clayfolk, which is a great group of clay artists in southern Oregon.  Visit www.clayfolk.org for more information.

Spring 2007 update:

I am a member of the Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market.  You can generally find me at the Ashland Market on Tuesdays from 8:30am - 1:30 pm.  The season for this market runs from mid-March through mid-November each year.

I am now also a member of the Grants Pass Growers and Crafters Market!  This market runs from early March through late November.
